This kitchen renovation was part of a whole house renovation. The homeowner needed more space in the kitchen, so we added a family room to the back of the home and converted the existing family room to the new kitchen. The kitchen incorporate commercial grade appliances, two dish washers, an island ideal for food prep and dining… with loads of convenient storage. There is room for a large dining table and the room transitions beautifully to the new family. Three sets of French doors allow for lots of light and easy access to the new courtyard.

The old kitchen was quaint, however, it was small and wouldn’t accommodate more than one person in the cooking area

After Kitchen View Toward Family Room: The floor was slab on grade. In order to retain the Italian floor tile, we cut a grid pattern in the floor to accommodate new plumbing and then delicately replaced the tile.
