PHASE 1: Explore & Align

Setting the vision, scope, and expectations

Your experience begins with a thoughtful conversation. We meet to understand your goals, priorities, and pain points—what’s working in your current home, and what’s not. We’ll walk your space together, explore your ideas, and align on budget and timeline expectations.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A clearer understanding of what’s possible

  • A rough budget range

  • Next steps tailored to your goals

If it feels like the right fit, we’ll move into a design agreement and officially kick off your project.

PHASE 2: Design & Plan

From vision to permit-ready plans

Here’s where creativity meets precision. Our in-house architects and interior designers collaborate with you to bring your ideas to life. We explore design options, refine layouts, and visualize your space through 3D renderings and realistic sun studies using advanced software like Revit.

We also review your existing conditions, conduct site evaluations, and prepare detailed documentation to navigate permitting seamlessly.

During this phase, you’ll:

  • Finalize your design with expert guidance

  • See your future home with 3D visuals

  • Feel confident in the budget, layout, and plan

You’ll also be introduced to your dedicated Site Manager—your go-to expert for the build phase.

PHASE 3: Refine & Select

Finalizing the details to make construction smooth

While we fine-tune drawings and collaborate with our build team, you’ll make key design selections with the help of our interior designers—from cabinetry and tile to lighting and hardware. Every detail gets reviewed and documented before construction begins.

This phase includes:

  • Product selection support with curated guidance

  • Budget and schedule confirmation

  • Trade walkthroughs to avoid surprises

Our team handles the logistics behind the scenes, ensuring everything is prepped and ready to go when we start construction.

PHASE 4: Build & Manage

Your design comes to life

Now the magic begins. Your Site Manager leads daily operations, keeping the project clean, safe, and on schedule. You’ll receive regular updates, including progress photos, weekly check-ins, and transparent communication every step of the way.

We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, safety, and respect for your home—treating your project like it’s our own.
