This project created new spaces that make for easy and beautiful indoor/outdoor entertaining. The four new zones include a larger upper patio connected to the kitchen area and a new screened porch connected to the family room. On the lower level, a new cabana with glass walls opens to the new pool deck and patio. Other features include a stone privacy wall at the pool, two hot tub areas and artistic water features.

• Stone fireplace on North facing wall of screened porch allows for an unobstructed view of the pool to the east, creating a great spot to enjoy the morning sun
• Ceiling fan and fireplace make the room usable three seasons out of the year
After: A custom wrought iron staircase leads from the upper patio to the lower level without going through the house
• Pedestal design supporting the stair landing allows plenty of walking space below the stairs
• This view shows the lower level cabana space with the glass walls closed making it an ideal three season room
After: The lower level cabana room provides a covered seating area to the lower level patio
• With the NanaWalls closed, the room is safe from the weather
• Ceiling fans and fireplace allow this room to be used most of the year
• Bead board ceiling is painted white to make the space light and airy
After: With the glass walls open, the cabana space transitions beautifully from inside to outside
After: A folding window unit allows easy access to the interior bar area; recessed panels give it a finished look
