When our out-of-state clients purchased a stunning parcel of land in Aldie, they envisioned a home that felt purposeful, timeless, and tailored to the way they live. Because the property was raw land, the project required every foundational element of a ground-up custom home: comprehensive site planning, grading, utility coordination, septic and well design and installation, full permitting, and of course the architectural design and construction of the home itself. Together, we created a residence that feels completely connected to its site—warm, functional, and crafted with longevity in mind.
