New Home Project in Progress
Out of state clients bought land in Aldie, Virginia. After a disappointing start with an “off-the-shelf design/new home builder”, the homeowners stopped the process and conducted a more thorough search for the right design/build partner. We were thrilled that they chose to hire Bowers Design Build. The raw land needed every possible functional component of a new home project including site planning, septic and well planning and implementation, and utility planning, and permitting… as well as designing and building the perfect home.
