This award-winning interior renovation project involved a renovation of a traditional 1960’s Brick rambler. This couple wanted their house to better meet their current needs AND allow them to “age in place”. The clients are very happy that we were able to repurpose their existing space to meet all their stated objectives. They wanted a gourmet kitchen… with an adjacent sitting room, a better master suite with a larger master bath and walk-in-closet. This was all done within their existing footprint. We were also able to meet their need for a new main level powder-room, mudroom and laundry area by taking space from their existing over-sized garage.
