This award-winning exterior space remodeling project featured designing and building a screened porch overlooking their back yard to add more livable space and to take advantage of their great wooded lot. This project was awarded the 2018 Washington Metro DC Chapter Contractor of the Year (CotY) Award from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) for Best Exterior Space.
